{"id":4675,"date":"2025-11-12T10:39:09","date_gmt":"2025-11-12T09:39:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cybernemo.eu\/?p=4675"},"modified":"2026-04-29T14:32:27","modified_gmt":"2026-04-29T12:32:27","slug":"cybernemo-presented-at-conasense-workshop-wpmc-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cybernemo.eu\/index.php\/2025\/11\/12\/cybernemo-presented-at-conasense-workshop-wpmc-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"CyberNEMO Presented at CONASENSE Workshop \u2013 WPMC 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div style=\"height:33px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>On <strong>November 10, 2025<\/strong>, the CyberNEMO project was featured at the <strong>CONASENSE Workshop<\/strong>, held in Sofia (Bulgaria) as part of the <strong>28th International Symposium on Wireless Personal Multimedia Communications (WPMC 2025)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Javier Serrano, from the <strong>Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica de Madrid (UPM)<\/strong> and Technical Programme Chair of the workshop, delivered an invited talk titled:<br><strong>\u201cSecuring Distributed Media Workflows: CyberNEMO&#8217;s Zero Trust Approach for Edge-Cloud Multimedia Production and Delivery.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The presentation introduced CyberNEMO\u2019s vision to bring <strong>end-to-end security and trust<\/strong> to the <strong>Edge\u2013Cloud\u2013IoT computing continuum<\/strong>, by means of an open-source metasystem for <strong>resilience, threat detection, and risk mitigation<\/strong>. The talk focused on the UPM-led <strong>media trial<\/strong>, which validates CyberNEMO&#8217;s solutions in the context of real-time, distributed content production and delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Two real-world scenarios were presented:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Collaborative content production<\/strong>, where IoT-based media is captured and processed over edge and cloud.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Secure content distribution<\/strong>, ensuring low-latency and protected delivery to end users.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>CyberNEMO applies <strong>Zero Trust principles<\/strong>, <strong>AI-powered intrusion detection<\/strong>, and <strong>federated orchestration<\/strong> to safeguard these workflows while maintaining performance and scalability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The session concluded with an open discussion on the applicability of CyberNEMO\u2019s architecture to other domains such as health, mobility and critical infrastructure, and its relevance for future <strong>6G security paradigms<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CyberNEMO thanks the CONASENSE community for the opportunity to contribute to this forward-looking dialogue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On November 10, 2025, the CyberNEMO project was featured at the CONASENSE Workshop, held in Sofia (Bulgaria) as part of the 28th International Symposium on Wireless Personal Multimedia Communications (WPMC 2025).
