CyberNEMO consortium are following the newly launched Eclipse Continuum Interest Group, hosted by the Eclipse Foundation (CyberNEMO partner).

CyberNEMO is fully aligned with the framework of the interest group as the project focuses on end-to-end cybersecurity across the IoT–Edge–Cloud continuum, especially for critical infrastructures and essential services. Open, vendor-neutral collaboration is key to making security and trust built-in features of tomorrow’s distributed systems.

Through our individual participation, the consortium expects to be able to:

• Get informed on relevant initiatives by key stakeholders
• Contribute to discussions on security, interoperability and trust across the continuum
• Share insights and results from CyberNEMO architecture and components
• Connect with open-source communities, industry and research partners

The group recently held its kickoff meeting (on September 23), which allowed participants to go through the collaboration model, governance and operations, roles and responsibilities as well as the resources available, and the next steps.
